DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES:

ABC's of stamping: Learn basic stamping and embellishing by making a reference book to take home. Learn embossing, glittering,chalking,beading and more. You will learn over a dozen techniques in this class.

ABC's of Scrapbooking:Learn basic scrapbooking and embellishing by making a reference book to take home. You will learn layering, titles,eyelets,stamping, paper piercing and many more techniques.

Stained Glass Cards: Create stained glass widow effects using bold open stamps.Embellish with either glitter,foil or beads. These cards are usually topped with window plastic for a glass look.

Pop Up Cards:A favorite card style of many. Pop-ups are 3-D images that usually move on your card. An L-arm Pop up stands up inside your card. A 3-D pop up is an image layered from 3 to 6 times.An acordian pop up has many layers that spring out. An explosion pop up expands off the card when opened. Slider pop up ups are images that slide any direction accross your card. Different pop up designs come out all the time.

Bloomie Flowers: This is one of our most popular classes. Learn to create 4 sizes of paper flowers using stamps, punches, decorative scissors and te Bloomie tools. Make a fabulous bouquet in a vase.

Bloomie Rosey Posie:Bloomies latest flower stamp. The Rosey Posey is a beautiful paper rose created using the basic Bloomies technique snd some new decorative touches.

Shaker Cards:Shakers are are fun 3-D cards that contain glitter, buttons, candies or anything small you want to shake or move within your card. Traditional shakers are created with Foam Core, come learn this fast and easy shaker technique. Great for scrapbooking as well.

Ultra thick Embossing Enamel: Suze Weinberg UTEE is an embossing powder that when melted down to a liquid then dried creates stunning medallion pieces for cards, boxes, jewelery and more. Various techniques are taught using the UTEE melting pot, Mold n Pour Compound, reverse stamping and Suze's embellishments.

Paper Casting: Recyclings the word! Learn to turn your scraps into beautiful hand made paper.Embellish with everything from glitter to dried flowers. Use molds to produce paper dragonflies, butterflies and many many more things......

Luna Lights: Make the incredible Luna Paper (which originated in Stamp Oasis Las Vegas) for stamped images and beautiful backrounds. Luna lights is a shimmering paint that doesn't become "mud" when colors are mixed together. Also learn the shaving cream technique for marbelizing paper.The Luna lights super class includes both Luna paper and shaving cream techniques.

Stenciling(Dry embossing) Make the cutest cards using brass stencils and a light table. Learn dry embossing on light and dark papers, explore patterned paper and vellum. Most images are made using paper piecing techniques. Great for scrapbooking as well. (If you own a lightbox please bring it to class if not it will be supplied.)

Shrink Plastic: Remember having fun with shrinky dinks as a kid? Well its time again! Shrink Plastic is wonderful for card accents and jewelery. Learn what inks work and the different technique for shrinking your image.

Paper Quilling: Come learn this old technique which looks so eligant when finished. You can use quilling in both card making and Scrapbooking.

Pergamano: old world technique of making delicate cards with dry embossing tools and piercing of the vellum parchment paper.Marian is pergamano certified.
